Invest in Your Healing
Therapy is more than an expense, it's a commitment to your growth, healing, and long-term wellness. While the financial aspect matters, the value lies in what you gain: tools to navigate life's challenges, deeper self-understanding, and lasting transformation.
Many clients find that their private health insurance helps offset therapy costs. If you have extras cover with providers like AHM, BUPA, MEDIBANK, AHGF, or HCF, you may be eligible for rebates on our sessions.
I'm here to make this process simple. During our initial conversation, we can discuss your coverage and help you understand what support might be available to you.

Financial Accessibility
If working privately with me isn’t a financially viable option at the moment, I encourage you to explore the Resources, Workshops and Soma Expanse Membership pages to find affordable support options.
I believe healing should be accessible. If you're currently not in full-time employment or facing financial constraints, sliding scale and reduced fee options are available. Please don't hesitate to discuss this during our initial consultation.
NDIS participants: I welcome both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS clients.
Private Health Insurance: Rebates are available through AHM, BUPA, MEDIBANK, AHGF, and HCF for eligible sessions.
Please note: Medicare rebates are not available for counselling or psychotherapy sessions. All fees are GST inclusive.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 3 business days notice to avoid being charged the full session fee. I understand that life happens—in cases of genuine emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, we can work together to find an alternative arrangement. I am always happy to be flexible where I can be.
When you choose to work with me, I make a commitment to your healing journey, and I invite you to make that same commitment to yourself.
Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. I intentionally limit the number of clients I work with at any time, which allows me to show up fully present and sustainably in our sessions together. Beyond our time in the therapy room, I'm continuously deepening my knowledge and skills in trauma-informed, somatic, and inclusive therapeutic practices to best support your unique goals and needs.
Why I can’t Bulk Bill or Accept Medicare under a Mental Health Care Plan?
Counselling Sessions and the Counselling Profession are excluded under the Medicare system. Medicare often limits session length and sometimes therapeutic approaches, which doesn't align with the integrative, body-based healing we do together.
However, not being able to offer Medicare Rebates means that I can
Offer longer sessions when needed for deeper therapeutic work
Utilize specialized somatic and trauma-informed techniques
Maintain a sustainable practice that prevents burnout
Focus fully on your unique healing journey, not insurance requirements
My commitment is to you and your healing process, not to meeting external criteria that may not serve your best interests.
